At ELYON, we take pride in offering premium-quality accessories designed to last. Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Include all original packaging.

Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for another style or color, we're happy to help.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
If the requested item is unavailable, we'll offer an alternative or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible by arranging a replacement or an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Items that have been worn or used.

Items damaged after delivery.

Products returned without their original packaging.

Gift cards (if applicable).
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ELYON cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
